Now Accepting Applications for Seasonal Laborers
The Borough of Hatboro Pulbic Works Department is now accepting applications for a Seasonal Laborer Position. A Seasonal Laborer at Public Works generally collects trash or recyclables on a daily basis. A Seasonal Laborer may also be required to cut grass, complete general landscaping tasks, minor building maintenance, and park facilities maintenance. Seasonal Laborers perform manual labor including repetitive lifting, pulling and carrying in all weather conditions. A Seasonal Laborer works as a park of a crew of Laborers to complete tasks and is under the supervision of a senior employee or the Public Works Foreman.
A Seasonal Laborer will work between 20 and 32 hours per week at $12.00 per hour. A Seasonal Laborer must be at least 18 years old and will be subject to a criminal background check.
